Shamsul Ulama Islamic centre is one of the  famous affiliated institutions of Rahmaniyya Arabic College katameri. It is situated at Poyiloor, Kannur district. Rahmani course started in this institution in 2018. It was established under the Shamsul Ulama Islamic centre committee in the memory of  Shamsul Ulama E.K Aboobacker Musliyar who was the prominent islamic scholar and former general secretary of samaatha kerala jamiyyathul ulama. Now more than 15 students are studying here.
